Ballydehob, County Cork, Ireland The Irish Whip is named after World Wrestling Champ Danno Mahony of Ballydehob and boasts a small gallery to him inside the pub. Brothers Denis and Finbarr O Brien, sometimes assisted by their parents Barry and Caureen, assure good drink, Irish and Country music, good banter, storytelling and craic. If you can sing or play a musical instrument you are more than welcome to join in the fun. All creeds and cultures welcome |
Other Info | Bandleader Paul Dunlea (trombone) with Ian Date (guitar) and Neil Ologhlen (bass) play jazz as part of the festival. It's a cosy and swinging scene. |
