Ballydehob Jazz Festival
Sunday, April 30, 2017
Ballydehob, County Cork, Ireland
The Irish Whip is named after World Wrestling Champ Danno Mahony of Ballydehob and boasts a small gallery to him inside the pub. Brothers Denis and Finbarr O Brien, sometimes assisted by their parents Barry and Caureen, assure good drink, Irish and Country music, good banter, storytelling and craic. If you can sing or play a musical instrument you are more than welcome to join in the fun. All creeds and cultures welcome
Bandleader Paul Dunlea (trombone) with Ian Date (guitar) and Neil Ologhlen (bass) play jazz as part of the festival. It's a cosy and swinging scene.
